I realized this morning that I didn't do a post yesterday.
So here's a post for today, and yesterday's:
I went for a 3 hour walk today and came across that light post. Isn't funny how people used light post to advertise; yard sale signs, lost and found ads, local band posters, and even balloons were once all over this post. Now it's just empty :/ it probably feels left out. This post was the central post of the party scene!!
Anyway. Today was perfectly sunny. A wonderful day to go for a walk. There's many things to see on walks. I specially enjoy seeing the types of mailboxes people have. Some are very artistic. I saw one with flames today. You know like how trucks are painted.
I also saw this beautiful rose.
I hope you had a great day and I hope you have a great day tomorrow too.
Before I was married, I was a vegetarian, well a lacto-ovo fish eating vegetarian. I was for three years, and I was at my best shape and weight. Once I married my husband, everything changed. He's a total meat and potatoes type. I mean he will eat a salad, but he will eat a steak over a salad any day.
So here I am, trying once more to be a healthy person. Not only for myself, but for my children. I'd like to see them grow up big and healthy. As we know, good health begins at home.
It's been hard for me to go back to being a vegetarian, as I have to cook meat for my husband. Also, bacon is delicious, what can I say?
Being over weight, I seriously need to cut meat out of my diet. My body holds on to animal fat, and I don't need it. Stay away!! I have to, I need to eat better than how I am these days.
So once again I will begin to withdraw myself from all the meat and animal products I can. Which is going to be three times as hard to do, because this is my third time trying to cut meat out.
I just know I felt better being a vegetarian, my skin was better, I was more energetic, I had better hair. For the sake of the animals and my vanity, I will succeed!
So basically I started playing my Street Figther game I got off the App Store. I have had it for a while, but I had an older phone so I had to delete it to have room for pictures and Instagram. I have a newer phone now, so I have enough space for more apps :)
Today I played Cammy. I did ok, but had to stop playing to make dinner. I remember playing this game at the laundry mat while my mom did the laundry.
What arcade games do you like? Have you been to an arcade?
In a few months I will be 27. I cannot believe that I'll be three years away from 30!!! Scary! Haha 30 isn't old, not at all.
Anyway a few things I've been thinking about getting for my birthday are:
* Justin Boots. I have noticed that they have a line called Gypsy, how awesome is that? They look amazing, although I do need to go in to a boot shop since I've read online that boots are fitted differently than regular shoes.
* A watch. Not sure what brand, just has to be waterproof and have an alarm setting. Having kids, I have not worn a watch in about four years, since I'm afraid of it getting in the way.
* New make up. Ugh hello! There's never enough!
For now those are my top items for my wish list. Maybe other things will come to mind later on.
Seriously I never ever win giveaways or raffles or basically any contest ( sad party hat goes here) but.... drumroll please.. I won a contest on a blog.
I won a tanning set from Vita Liberata and I being tan already; I don't really absolutely need, but I am thrilled to have won!
My friend Natalie ( here's her blog http://natalienotions.com/author/natalienotions/ ) has a blog on fashion and her travel adventures. I just love reading her blog, because her pictures are always so beautiful and it makes me feel like I am there, where ever she might be.
I will be using the set for my legs, seeing as winter has kept me in pants, my legs are in need of sun and some nice color. So thank you Natalie!!!!
Have you tried any of Vita Liberata products? If so which ones?
